Cancellation Policy
PERISHABLE ORDERS may be canceled up until 8 AM the day before the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions apply) for perishable overnight orders. For example, if you are expecting your perishable order on Friday, you may cancel your order for a refund, less the credit card processing fee, if you do so by 8 AM that Thursday (the day prior).
NON-PERISHABLE ORDERS may be canceled within one hour of placing an order.
We strive to ship your products as promptly as possible on our shipping days, Monday through Thursday (or the next business day during holidays). However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within one hour of placing it. If we are informed before your order is processed for shipping, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the credit card processing fee (2.9% of the transaction amount plus 30 cents).

TO CANCEL AN ORDER, please email us promptly at info@RealGourmetFood.com. In your email, include your order number, the name on the order, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
