Cancellation Policy
PERISHABLE ORDERS may be canceled up until 8 AM the day before the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions apply) for perishable overnight orders. For example, if you are expecting your perishable order on Friday, you may cancel your order without any charges if you do so by 8 AM that Thursday (the day prior).
NON-PERISHABLE ORDERS may be canceled within one hour of placing an order.
TO CANCEL AN ORDER, please email us promptly at info@RealGourmetFood.com. In your email, include your order number, the name on the order, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
