Scottish Style Smoked Salmon Sliced, Skin On
Created in the Norwegian style by Macknight using only the finest specialty selected fresh Atlantic salmon. The fillets are trimmed by hand to remove the dark meat (blood line).
Shoulder slices, tail slices and belly section.
Only the finest fresh salmon are selected to produce this smoked salmon. Time-honored smoking methods, perfected through generations provide a consistently subtle texture and delicate flavor. Each side is dry-cured with natural salt and gently smoked over smoldering oak wood chips.
