We carry three Kaluga Hybrids. Kaluga Select has fabulous large pearls, measuring 3mm in diameter. This caviar is consistent and is light brown to golden in color. It has a fabulous buttery flavor that caviar aficionados will appreciate. The color alone makes an incredible presentation, but wait until you bite into it. If you are not yet an appreciator of fine caviar, you will become.
