If you choose to return an unopened and unused cookware or serverware item purchased directly from RealGourmetFood.com, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the product value only and deducted from your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns cannot be processed without an approved Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be obtained prior to sending any item back.
This policy applies only to products sold directly by Real Gourmet Food and does not apply to third-party or affiliate purchases.
Tyent Brand Products — Returns, Trial, Warranty & Policies
Authorized Tyent Dealer
In the event of any conflict between Real Gourmet Food policies and Tyent USA, LLC policies, Tyent’s official policies shall govern.
Real Gourmet Food is an authorized Tyent dealer. All customers purchasing Tyent brand products through RealGourmetFood.com are required to adhere to Tyent USA, LLC’s official policies regarding warranties, returns, and terms & conditions.

Returns & Authorization (Required)
All returns of Tyent products must be authorized by Tyent USA, LLC prior to return.
If Tyent authorizes a return:
• A 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price) is required
• The restocking fee must be collected in advance by Real Gourmet Food
• The restocking fee is remitted directly to Tyent and are non-refundable once collected
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns sent without proper authorization will not be accepted.
75-Day Trial (Residential Units Only)
As a Tyent USA retail customer, you may take advantage of a 75-day in-home trial to experience your new Tyent water ionizer.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unit within 75 days of purchase, subject to:
• Tyent return authorization
• Return shipping costs
• A 15% restocking fee
Important limitations:
• The 75-day trial applies to residential water ionizer units only
• It does not apply to stand-alone filters or portable ionizers
• Trial applies to first-time Tyent customers only
• Applies to retail purchases in North America (U.S. and Canada)
• Does not apply to wholesale purchases, trade-ins, upgrades, or promotions
Tyent machines are fully adjustable for your source water. If results are not as expected, customers are encouraged to contact Tyent technical support for assistance with adjustments before pursuing a return.
Tyent Lifetime Guarantee
Tyent products purchased through Real Gourmet Food are covered by the Tyent Lifetime Guarantee, applicable to units purchased on or after January 15, 2010.
Under this guarantee:
• Tyent will repair or replace qualifying units experiencing performance issues
• Replacement units will be comparable in model and functionality
• Shipping costs are not included
The warranty does not cover intentional or accidental damage, including damage caused by dropping the unit or similar misuse.
This lifetime guarantee applies to customers residing in North America (U.S. and Canada) who have purchased directly from Tyent USA, LLC or from an authorized Tyent reseller.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Orders will not ship if payment is declined or not successfully processed.

If the order has not yet shipped, a refund will be issued once confirmation is received that Tyent USA, LLC has the merchandise at the warehousing facility.
