When initially trying a taste...it tens to stick to your tongue. After a minute the flavor comes through. It will be an acquired taste for me. Consistency is good and texture is good.
We love this merger, it is fantastic in this recipe we make, Merguez sausage bake with Moroccan couscous. It is a fantastic dish in the cooler/cold weather. It has some "kick" to it that warms you to the core. We will be back to order more.

Tastes like some of the more expensive caviars with just a bit more salt. Beats the paddlefish.
Good for putting caviar on, just warm them up slightly and you have yourself a caviar platter.
If I could give this 6 stars, I would. The fatty flavors of the duck mixed with the high quality meat all in a stick, amazing.
I regret using these for barbeque because the sauces covered the rich flavors of the wagyu. Nonetheless good.
I used these to serve my caviar on to my family, a little cream fraiche and some kaluga and it goes good.
